\u00c5sa Johansson, Swedish journalist and food and wine expert, and Alberto Blasetti, award-winning photographer for his food shots, were guests of ATL Biella Valsesia Vercelli for a three-day press tour in the Vercelli area, amidst rice fields, rice farms and food and wine excellence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vercelli lands were then promoted through several articles published in trade magazines targeting the Scandinavian market: Svenska Dagbladet, SvD Mat&Resor, Ap\u00e8ritif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ITINERARY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Johansson and Blasetti’s press tour, which took place from Wednesday, 16 to Friday, 18 June 2021, started from the Grange and the Cistercian Abbey of the Principality of Lucedio, and continued with the meeting of the two reporters and the Costardi brothers on a culinary journey to discover rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trip continued with a stop in Baraggia and a visit to several farmsteads and agricultural centres of excellence where the two got to know and appreciate the entire rice chain. Vercelli and its fascinating historic centre concluded the itinerary with a touch of art and culture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
