VisitPiemonte’s renewed partnership with Lonely Planet has implemented an initiative to support tourism in the Vercelli area. The project is proposed as a multi-channel \u201cexperiential\u201d narrative (articles, social media posts, videos), accompanied by an in-person tour of the territory. An educational project curated by a Lonely Planet team of four people including authors, videomakers and social media managers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The end result of this initiative will be a video story released early in September 2021 in view of the autumn season, but – given the following of the LP brand – it may also be a promotional opportunity for the 2022 season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the suggestion of ATL Biella Valsesia Vercelli, the main aim of this renewed partnership is to promote Trinese, enhancing two of its most important sites, namely the Sorti della Partecipanza Wood (now unfortunately closed due to the bad weather that has hit the Vercelli area in recent days) and the Principality of Lucedio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour of the area, organised by ATL in cooperation with local operators and cultural representatives, focuses on an important theme, which is presented through the history of these two unique sites, precisely the change in landscape over the centuries as a result of the so-called anthropic variable, i.e. the interaction between man and the environment, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
