DISCOVER THE MERA ALPINE PASTURE’S MAGIC

In High Valsesia, near Scopello, you will find the lifts to the Mera Alpine Pasture. Surrounded by beautiful ski slopes and a unique view of all Valsesia, the Mera Alpine Pasture is the ideal place to admire the Mount Rosa massif in all its majesty.

The slopes, designed on gentle ridges, make the ski resort suitable for everyone, inviting families and beginners. The ski park can be easily reached by chairlift from Scopello or by leaving your car at the large Trogo car park, which serves the ski lifts that take you directly to Mera on skis.

Cars cannot pass through the Mera station. This unique feature makes every point of the Alpine Pasture accessible “on skis”.

**Breathtaking views and striking descents**

AN ADVENTURE FOR ALL

With its 30 km of groomed slopes, Mera offers a ski park that is a genuine paradise for competitive skiers. The descents stretch up to the approximately 1,800 m of the Camparient Peak, with slopes suitable for everyone, from beginners to the most demanding, and especially for families.

For beginners, we recommend the “Campo” area, which covers about 400 m, and is served by the ski lift. Some treadmills allow even the youngest children to approach skiing, while ski schools offer all kinds of lessons (snowboarding, alpine skiing and telemark skiing).

The fun and safe off-track fresh snow descents and the pleasant exposure to the sun make the Mera Alpine Pasture a must-see destination in the Mount Rosa Ski District.

The Mera Alpine Pasture is not only skiing and adrenaline. The numerous snowshoe routes offer those who enjoy a slower pace a valid alternative to enjoy nature and the landscape in peace and quiet. Mera can also be reached without skis by using the convenient chairlift, which climbs directly from Scopello.

Observe the wonderful view of Mount Rosa. Enjoy the warmth of the winter sun and savour traditional dishes in the many cosy restaurants open not only in winter, but all year round.
