NEBBIOLO
The extraordinary Gattinara Hills are perfect for Nebbiolo cultivation mainly for two reasons: the unique micro-climate made possible by Monte Rosa and the particular subsoil of volcanic origin due to the Super-volcano of Valsesia. The grapes of this vine produce full-bodied and long-lived red wines that are suitable both for aged wines and young ones, but above all, these wines know how to pair well with traditional local dishes.
